Throughout his lifetime, Vitaly Martinov has been surrounded by the experience of seasoned craftsmen, teaching him the tools and skills of the building trades. He has gained a bounty of knowledge to serve as a strong leader and able craftsman to efficiently engineer a successful career in the custom home building industry.
He comes home each day to five beautiful children and a loving and supportive wife. His strong sense of home and family lends to the commitment of an environment that foster the same warmth and joy in each and every home he builds.

Our Design Philosophy
At Stone Ridge Custom Homes, we believe that how your home looks and feels is just as important as how well it's constructed. Fabulous, inviting, inspired home design is our constant goal and a major cornerstone of our home building approach. When your home is completed, we want you to love how it looks and enjoy of it makes you feel.
Every home we build is designed in a partnership with a professional interior designer. From our initial consultation to the final stages of construction, you and your home will receive many benefits of a professional home designer. Building a new home requires hundreds of design decisions. It doesn't cost a penny more to do things right. Selecting the appropriate combination of colors, carpets, fixtures, fabrics, finishes, surfaces, styles, tiles and textures for your floors, walls, kitchens, baths, and your entire home is what makes truly great home design come to life.
During your initial consultation with our designer, you will be asked to share the vision of your future home with us. this "creative process" may start with rough sketches or pictures from magazines, a Mascord plan you've seen, or simply an idea. We'll ask you what features are most important to you, whether you'd like to move in, and what price range you can reasonably afford. Perhaps you'd like a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious bonus room, a three stall garage, or a cozy library. It's all up to you. Perhaps you would have even imagined a secret room hidden behind a bookcase. Through our years of practical experience, we can recommend solutions for everyday needs, or special needs, that will make your home work more efficiently for you. When it comes time to shop, select, and purchase the hundreds of products that go into your home design, you won't do it alone. We'll be there each step of the way to help you make the right decisions. This important stage of the design process can be very perplexing, especially when you discover all the thousands of tiles, colors, floor coverings, fixtures, and finishes from which you have to choose. It can be mind boggling and downright intimidating. When you arrive at a home, the first thing you see is the exterior. We feet that with creating outstanding exterior designs, we are setting the stage for our interiors, as well.
